No — Sortaflow only reads your order data. We never modify your listings, prices, or shipping settings. The only writes we make are order status updates you explicitly trigger (like marking shipped), through Etsy's official API.
Yes. The Foundry plan is free forever — no credit card needed. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial, also no card required upfront. You only pay if you decide to stay after the trial.
USPS, FedEx, and UPS are all supported with real-time event-level tracking — Pre-Transit, In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered. Multiple shipments per order and full event timelines included.
