Made by sellers,
for sellers.
Sortaflow started as an internal tool for a custom-order Etsy shop that was drowning in sticky notes and spreadsheets. We figured if it fixed our chaos, it might fix yours too.
The spreadsheet that broke us
Picture this: it's 11pm, there are 40 custom orders due this week, personalization notes are split across three apps, and you just realised you shipped the wrong engraving to a customer. Not fun.
That was us. We ran a custom goods Etsy shop and tried every tool out there — Trello, Notion, Google Sheets, shipping apps. None of them talked to each other. None of them knew what an Etsy order actually was.
So we built Sortaflow for ourselves first. Kanban boards that pull directly from Etsy. Order cards that show the photo, the personalisation note, the buyer name, and the deadline — all in one glance. It was rough, but it worked.
We showed it to a few seller friends. They wanted it too. So we kept building.

The kinds of shops we're built for
How we got here
The frustration
Running a custom-order Etsy shop, we hit the same wall every seller hits: Etsy's dashboard wasn't built for high-volume fulfilment. Orders got missed. Custom details got lost. Spreadsheets multiplied.
First build
We built an internal kanban board to manage our own shop. Then our seller friends wanted it. Then their friends. We quietly launched to a small beta group and listened hard.
Public launch
Sortaflow opened to all Etsy sellers with kanban boards, pack mode scanning, bulk editing, and live carrier tracking. 200+ shops sorted in the first month.
Growing with sellers
Automation rules, a customer upload portal, SpreadFlow view, and a Chrome extension — all shipped based on direct feedback from the community. We're just getting started.
Built with intention
Built by makers, for makers
We've sat at the same workbench — cutting materials, fulfilling custom orders, tracking down shipments. Sortaflow comes from that frustration.
Fast is a feature
Every second you spend fighting software is a second not spent on your craft. We obsess over speed and removing friction from every interaction.
Small shops deserve great tools
Enterprise software wasn't built for a 3-person candle shop. We price fairly, keep it simple, and build specifically for Etsy sellers.
Your data, always safe
We never touch your listings, pricing, or financials without you asking us to. Read-only by default — write only when you explicitly act.
We reply to every support email ourselves. We read every feature request. We genuinely care whether your shop runs smoothly.
We're not a VC-backed software company trying to 10× our metrics. We're a small team that loves Etsy sellers and wants to make really good tools for them.
